Our Policies

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a charge of the full amount of the service.
If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, the full service fee will also be charged.

Late Show Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a no-show.
In this case, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomomdate you, through we may need to reschedule.

Product Returns
You may return any salon product for a refund within 3 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original , unused condition. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect the policy is being taken advantage of, such as repeated returns or misuse of products.

No Volume Policy
At WellSoul, we are committed to providing a serene and relaxing sanctuary for all our clients. To Maintain this atmosphere, we have implemented a no-volume policy for phones. Trust us, we love TikTok too. But our clients deserve a calm undisturbed experience. Keeping phones on silent or using headphones respects the tranquility of others in the space.

Confirmation Calls
Upon making your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text. Closer to your appointment date, you will receive another confirmation text. Please confirm your appointment date, you will receive another confirmation text. Please confirm your appointment, if your appointment is not confirmed via text or our booking app, you will receive a call from the salon asking you to confirm.
Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointments dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed canceled appointments and the cancellation fee.

Timing Your Appointments
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to our space. Often luxury hair appointments can last 2-3+ hours for a color refresh, highlight, glaze and blowout. Most spa services range from 30-90 minutes. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact with your stylist or esthetician in advance.

Pricing Structure
Services vary in price depending on length and thickness of hair, time required, products involved, and stylist's demand and experience. Feel free to ask your stylist if you are unsure how our pricing structure works or schedule a consultation and we will assess your needs.
Pricing is based on service and amount of hair, not age. We do not offer discounted pricing for kids.
Any service that requires use of shears, regardless of the amount of hair being cut, is considered a haircut and will be charged as one.

Credit Card Required
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule any appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation / rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. No call / no shows will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE BOOKED UNLESS A CREDIT CARD IS ON FILE.

Service Refunds
WellSoul does not offer refunds on any services. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within a week of the service and we will do our best to accommodate you and come to a solution.

No Children / Animals
Although we are huge animal lovers, and we do love kids - for the enjoyment of your salon experience and the relaxation of other guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon. If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify the salon at your earliest convenience and we will do your best to accommodate your needs in the best way available. Children over 12 may receive services at full price.

Originally from Connecticut, Susie has spent most of her life in the great state of South Carolina. She has 17+ years as a stylist and is our WellSoul Spa & Salon manager and owner. Susie excels at bringing your desired look to fruition. She can visualize your hair with warm/cooler highlights or take you to a beautiful deeper shade with a polished cut to finish. Favorite past times are spending time with her son Andy and husband Kegan, walking her dog, or boating on Lake Murray.

Annie Hathorn

Annie was born and raised in Virginia. Styling hair for the past 20 years her goal has been to make a connection with her clients. Enjoys giving you a great haircut and color service. I graduated from Paul Mitchell and am a certified makeup artist through Southeastern Esthetics Institute, and I have been published in Columbia Metropolitan magazine.
I offer the unique ability to truly listen to my clients so that we can formulate the best plan to get their desired result. I meet so many people in this industry every day, and the impact we can make on someone's life just by listening to them and providing a hair service is amazing. Coming to South Carolina by way of Massachusetts (plus Connecticut, Florida, New Hampshire and North Carolina), Natasha brings more than a decade of lash artistry and speed waxing experience. Her world completely transformed when she discovered Lash Extensions in 2010! She was so fascinated by them that Lash Extensions quickly became her #1 passion. Massage Therapist / Esthetician
Sally graduated from Esthetics International in 1999 and the South Carolina School of Massage in 2002. She offers both esthetics and massage therapy as a dual-licensed provider. Her experience in esthetics includes working for a MOH's surgery center and cosmetic dermatologist for three years and for various spas. Her specialties are facials with extractions, waxing and product knowledge for skin typing.
She also offers a firm and soothing massage combining various techniques to promote deep relaxation and well-being for clients. Her specialties in massage are cupping and focusing in on problem areas such as neck and shoulders while tailoring each massage session based on client needs. Sally's philosophy is that touch and bodywork are essential to health and well being!

Sidney Lindler
Stylist
Sidney is from Chapin and graduated from Paul Mitchell Columbia. She specializes in all things blonding; whether you want the brightest, most bold blonde or something a little more subtle. She also specializes in hand-tied extensions. Her passion and what makes her get up and show out is seeing her client's smile when they have their dream chair after a visit in her chair.
